Borderlands 2 Save Editor (Revision 152)

Get the new version.

  • Bug fixes and updates to game info (“Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack” DLC) for the current Borderlands 2 patch (1.4.0).
  • Corrected problem with previous release.


Known problems:

  • Eridium in-editor will show up to 99, the rest is stored in a new value that’s not handled yet.
  • Expansion playthrough number and playthrough completions are also stored in a new value that’s not handled.

    Im getting an error on one of the saves im trying to edit other saves work fine though. This is the error im getting.

    ProtoBuf.ProtoException: No Gibbed.Borderlands2.ProtoBufFormats.WillowTwoSave.PlayerMark enum is mapped to the wire-value 6

      I just figured out, you HAVE to select the file type in the Open dialog box. i.e., PC Save, Xbox 360 Save, or PS3 Save.
      You can’t open an Xbox 360 Save (*.sav) file if PC Save (*.sav) is selected (default option).
