Borderlands Save Editor (Revision 10)

This editor is no longer being updated and does not support newer Borderlands patches. It is highly recommended that you use WillowTree# instead.

Newer build of my Borderlands save editor, fixes the problem with editing Roland (Soldier) saves, as well as several other minor changes and fixes.

    quick noob question (blushes). does the for example: 100×3 mean 300 damage? or does it mean it does 100 dmg with three bullets per click?

    So I’ve created two weapons so far, one was an eridian shock mod that instead using the ball-type rounds, and it works fine.

    My problem is a shotgun I’m trying to make with a dove barrel and the volcano acc. Whenever I load a game, it is grade 0 (crappy dmg, no lvl requirement)

    Try changing the manufacturer from gd_manufacturers.Manufacturers.Hyperion to the other manufacturers.

    That did it. Now it has 523 x 9 with the volcano effect and dove revolver, as well as 4.0x zoom. Fun…….

    You can replace magazine, Grip, Material, action, accessory, even the sight to gd_weap_repeater_pistol.UniqueParts.TheDove_barrel4 for higher damage %’s. You can switch out the body for it aswell but it looks like youre carrying around a floating barrel.

    Found a really insane setup for anyone who wants to totally destroy anything. These weapons may say they shoot rockets, but they don’t, except for the actual rocket launcher they shoot bullets, and they work online with the same amount of damage. I could have got the damage a little bit higher but honestly, you won’t need more:

    Basically it involved a lot of trial and error to find out how much i could change without it overwriting the bullets with rockets. If you change anything on them they’re liable to shoot rockets (which do 0 damage), so be careful.

    Oh yeah those guns do so much damage that they also seem to have cool side effects. If you shoot someone in the torso 50% of the time their whole upper torso will explode ๐Ÿ˜€

    In regards to overwriting bullets with rockets; the order of the fields are important, as whatever effect is evaluated last is used.

    Grade, Manufacturer, Type, Body, Grip, Magazine, Barrel, Sight, Stock, Action, Accessory, Material, Prefix, Title.

    Hello semtex, I’ve entered those specifications but the results are no where near that of your .jpg The only thing I can think of is the clip size which you haven’t specified (mine are at 0), if not that, then what’s going on? (I’ve doubledchecked i pasted them correctly).

    Unholy just double check everything, i even typed the fields in myself to another of my save games (mordecal) and it still worked. Clip size doesn’t matter, mine is 0 aswell

    The things that pump up the damage are the carnage barrells in the Material, Stock and Action. Make sure those are typed in correctly.

    In your code I see a variable for the playthrough. Of course there’s no fields to modify it in the app, though…I was wondering if you had messed with modifying this and if you knew whether or not it was possible.

    @Ampd You could always just mod a pistol that’s dropped. For example; take the clipper that drops off 9 toes and change it’s sight body or accessory. If you’re just wanna make it better, just change the level lol.
    Carried around a bone shredder for-ever that way.
    @Who-ever it was whining about a bad excuse of changing saves.
    I’ve screwed up a good dozen saves by clicking the wrong one. Time and time again. Before I edit them, I make a copy and toss it onto my desktop. :รพ

    @ampd i made a shield with all same manufacturer parts witch means its pretty legit and still godly (1938 capacity with a 118 recharge rate) if you want it just look above for another post by me

    Sure, you can do that, but at the cost of accuracy and reload speed.

    Just replace the carnage barrels in the Stock, Action and Material with this:

    Btw if youre gonna be making some of those burst fire weapons, use this magazine instead. I normally don’t put it in because its total overkill, but it gives between +90 and +100 to magazine size on all weapons:

    Anyway the result of using boomstick barrels instead and giving it the big magazine is this:

    Total utter overkill, shame about the accuracy and massive reload time. Without any mods or weapon skill it fires out 336 bullets in one second, each of them doing 2245 damage :/ On my lilith with a mercenary mod the bullets are hitting for between 4000-8000 depending on the target. Even if you take it at 4000, the low number, that’s well over a million damage in one second.

    One squeeze of the trigger fires 18 rounds (54 rockets) in 2 seconds, with a wide spread. Literally if you point this at a room and pull the trigger everything in it will die.

    The downside is it takes a long time (between 5 and 10 seconds) to reload, you can’t even get enough ammo to fill it up, and it blows your whole inventory of rockets in a few seconds, which then take quite a while to regenerate.

    Basically, I want to be able to play my 360 characters on my PC.

    Of course, I can just edit their stats, but that doesn’t put me where I was in the story. Both of my characters are actually level 36 and right after the first playthrough. Since I’m at such a convenient point, I was wondering if there was possibly an easy way to modify the save so my PC characters are at the same place in the story.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    One thought was that I could just find a PC save that’s at that point in the story, then edit my stats in, but I haven’t been able to find any PC saves really.

    For instance I added the Mag
    gd_weap_machine_pistol.mag.mag3_SandS_Thanatos

    to a revolver for a clip of 54-59 (depending on manufacturer) – and it gives the model of that cool 3-shot revolving barrel ๐Ÿ™‚
