    I haven’t played in a while and hopped on to help some friends thru some missions. All my OP 55 gear has gone back down to 80, did they patch it? or did I overlook something with the new ver?

    Hey, I found a small bug. The Aquamarine balance for the Maliwan sniper rifles is located under the Maliwan SMG type. Right next to the SMG Aquamarine balance. Same goes with the aquamarine material, which is only selectable in the smg category.

      I believe that issue is Hotfixed at the moment. I don’t think it’s an issue with the Editor because until it gets permanently fixed it will stay that way based on game code.

        Well until then I gotta stick with the standard maliwan material when making a Sniper. I played around a bit and regardless of what I do, they always get deleted. Thx for the heads up anyway.

    I don’t know how to use this exactly. I’ve gotten it open and used it but i can’t find out where my Xbox files are I also don’t know where to insert the cords i have so anyone pleae help

    Hi, been using this for a while now and just encountered my first problem.

    When making a brand new character (mechro). I created the character then edited it in gibbed straight away, I made my char level 50 but all of the enemies are level 1 or 22

    How should I go about fixing tthis
    ?

      Enemy levels only scale with you in UVHM. Otherwise they are a preset level through the other playthroughs.

        But the other chars that I edited to level 50, the enemies went to lvl 50 as well

        Like, if I edit my brand new unplayed chars level to 30 via gibbed, then load that char on BL2 all the enemies are lvl 30.

        If I edit my chars lvl to 50, all the enemies are lvl 50. But for some reason it’s not doing it anymore.

    So is there any way to edit my char to be in UVHM then? I just don’t see the point in being lvl50 with lvl10 enemies.

      You can use Python to actually complete the missions if you want or you can set LastPlaythroughNumber and PlaythroughsCompleted to 2.

        Ok I tried setting the play through as 2 but I don’t have an option to choose UUVHM . I do have the DLC installed.

    when i edit or create a file for pc i put it back in the save folder as Save00036 or sameothing random and when i go onto borderlands 2 its not there can anyone help?

    So I’m having some issues and I’m not sure whether it’s just on my end or not. I got my character save into gibbed no problem with horizon. I then went to make a weapon for my Mechromancer which is not working out. When I select new weapon, I go through all the drop down menus to choose my parts where when I picked the Maliwan Storm balance, it highlights red and doesn’t give me any choices for that even though I have the dlc. OK fine, so I decided on trying a standard Volcano. This one works for a certain amount of choices which ultimately I can never choose a prefix or title. It just shows the gun listed as “Sniper Rifle”. Even on the guns that came from the game, it never shows a list of choices in the drop downs for prefix or titles. When clicking on the arrow for those two categories to drop down and list choices it’s a large empty white box.

      When creating a weapon or item from scratch you have to click the down arrow next to the button and make sure you are creating it in the right DLC set first. The other issue with the Prefix and Title isn’t necessary because the game automatically names the item once it’s loaded up in game. If you know the exact string names then you can copy and paste them into those boxes.

    Hey, sorry to bother you guys, just have a quick question. When I try to put it for all the areas to be discovered in the raw where it says FullyExploredAreas it does not work, as when I go back to my game there are black areas everywhere that are uncovered. Is there something I’m doing wrong? I’ve copied and pasted the text that DOMIN8 posted in the (collection) tab for all areas to be discovered.

    I have 72 gunzerker and all the sudden i started up my game and had zero guns. all my guns in the safe i couldnt use. any reason why?

    I can’t get it to spawn me in the Natural Selection Annex, or at its door, in the Wildlife Exploitation Preserve in UVHM.
    I set “Last Visited Teleporter” to “CreatureSlaughtertoPandoraPark”, and I also tried “PandoraParktoCreatureSlaughter”,
    but it always takes me to the fast travel station of Wildlife Exploitation Preserve.

    It works ok in TVHM, but not in UVHM. Is there a way around this?

    From the fast travel in WEP, I walk the distance and get to the door for the Annex, and go in, but when I save&quit and go back in, it spawns me at the beginning of WEP.

    I am trying to farm the WEP Loot Midgets for Jimmy Jenkins.
    Since I can’t spawn at either side of the Annex door in UVHM, I thought I would do it in TVHM.

    I tried setting “Doctor’s Orders” as active, so I could get the loot midgets to spawn.
    But there is no option to set the mission as accepted, with none of the objectives complete.

    The “NotStarted” option makes the mission undiscovered, but I cannot accept it from Tannis. I click enter, the sound is heard, but the mission does not become accepted.
    The other options (Active/RequiredObjectivesComplete/ReadyToTurnIn) set the mission as completed and ready to be turned in.

    Am I missing something? Is there an option to set missions to accepted, but with no objectives completed?

    Found it: You have to press the x to remove the mission from the log entirely. Then you can accept it without problems.

    Just downloaded the revision 227(haven’t used the Editor since rev. 169), and I can’t get my saves to load. I extracted using Horizon, but when I try to open them up in the Editor, I get the error message: “Failed to load save: cannot load XBOX 360 CON files, extract save using Modio or equivalent”. Should I download Modio and use that from now on?

      Disregard last post. Read further back through previous responses and found a fix. However, thanks to all involved in this editor. Makes the game so much more enjoyable.

      Repair and/or reinstall your .NET Framework 4.

        I have to say on Windows 8, the .NetRepair utility does nothing, and the attempt to install/reinstall any version brings up the message that it is built into the OS and cannot be modified in that way. I used a number of DISM commands and Microsoft thinks my .NET 3, 3.5 sp1, 4, and 4.5 are all in perfect working order. Has anyone else solved the Windows 8 issue where it does not open and no process appears to even start? Relevant errors are

          You can disregard this. It turns out it was Anti-Virus software quaranting the caliburn.micro.contrib.dll file. Apparently Norton considers it unsafe. A quick file specific exclusion rule and it runs perfectly.

    Okay, so I’ve followed all the steps, I do everything right as far as all the tutorials say, and then when I load it up in my PS3 nothing has changed. Instead of upping the level, it stays the same. No matter what I change, the game won’t show the changes. Does anyone know what could be happening? And yes, I am copying the gibbed data over the saved data in the PS3.

      Are you actually loading all the way into the game with that character? The description will not change until you do.

        Yeah, and it loads the exact same file as it started out as, even though I edited the original and saved over it.

          So you saved over the original in your decrypted save folder then Updated PFD and then Verified PFD and copied the folder back to your USB and then to your PS3? Those are the correct steps. If you have more issues you could send me the save your working on and I could check it out.

            Okay, I figured out that my flashdrive was causing the problem, because as soon as I switched to another one it worked perfectly. Thanks for the help, though.

    I downloaded the gibbed save editor but when I try and open my save file it doesnt show up if my file is a blank page and it says “failed to load save: invalid or unsupported version” if my file is an internet explorer file. Is there something I didnt download or something I did wrong? I am running as adminsitrator too … just an FYI. Please help.

    Not sure what is going on i made a new char. and i cant seem to load it into the save editor. it works fine with older characters ive made. after extracting the file to my desktop and attempting to load it into the save editor i get this error message- “Failed to load save: reencode mismatch”. this is the case with a new character i make. Note- its been awhile since i last played borderlands so my older saves are quite old. ive updated to the newest version of horizon and save editor. any idea what the issue is?

    Hello ive seen videos and post and people with backpack storage space limit of like 600 or more and they say to go to raw and change 9 to 0 then i buy more upgrades and my space limit raises like the vidoes say. when i leave the game and go back on im back to a limit of 39. how do i fix this? it gets tedious swapping weapons out especially since i cant buy saphar weapons by switching.

    I played a lot of B2 last summer on the PC and used Gibbed with no issue. Now I’ve got a new computer (Windows 8.1 Home Premium) and have been lured back to playing B2. However, when I go to open a save game file using version 227 of the editor I get the following message. Anybody have any ideas what’s going on?

    another noob question: I can’t figure out how to access the psycho items, nor can I figure why my clipboard isn’t functioning at the moment. I understand the psycho stuff is a drop down list, but there are no Legendary class mods available. Specifically, the class mods. Thanks

      First make sure you click the down arrow next to New Item and choose the Psycho Pack. Then start creating your item. The Psycho items start with GD_Lilac. If you are having trouble pasting codes, make sure you are copying the entire code, including the BL2 part.

    does anyone know why when i gib the save file and save it, it doesn’t change in bruteforce but when i open it in gib all the changes are still there?

      The description in Bruteforce will not update until it’s loaded up on PS3. After you Verify PFD in Bruteforce you can click on your save and you should see the file size update.

        I started a pyscho and at lv9 decided to edit it today, and the save became corrupted even when reverted back to it’s original form. When I tried to make a new psycho, which I edited at lv6, also corrupted. I had a copy of it on my cloud storage and so leveled it up to 11 before trying to edit it again. All I did to it this time was change the eridium and credits. Still corrupted. Even when I replace the game.sav with the extracted version that is pre-modded and should be how it was from the start, still corrupted. Is there an issue with Horizon? This has only happened to me with pyschos; my soldier and mechro have had no issues, and yes I delete the backups.

    This might be a longshot but now I’m desperate. I got screwewd over by the B.A.R reset bug & lost my Lvl 72 assassin along with all of my favorite gear & customizations. Our computer went tits up on us a while ago now & I’ve been looking for anyone online generous enough to use this Save Editor to make me some new gear. Sorry, but like I said , I’m desperate now…

    I can’t get any of my psycho saves to work. They always become corrupted. A couple of them have become corrupted when reverted to the original SaveGame.sav so I thought it was an issue with Horizon, but I have been able to revert the last couple of tries with my newest one if I restore it after the first try so I don’t think it’s that. Either way, if I edit my psycho, it corrupts. I played this last one all the way to level 21 on the mission Wildlife Preserve and unlocked the fourth weapon slot, thinking maybe I needed a larger filesize or something, since I remembered WillowTree needed to have a lv 10 character or something similiar and still, nothing matters. I edited my soldier again today just to make sure it works for other characters and it worked perfectly fine. Why can’t I get it to work for this one class?

    Hi, first I want to thank your hard work, the editor works perfectly fine. Second, I have a question. Is there a place (like a pastebin or something) with the codes of items from DLC 4 and the ones added with the 2nd level cap increase DLC? In this page there are codes for every single variety of every item before that http://blakwidowstang.imgur.com/, but I cannot find any codes from DLC 4 and the 2nd level cap DLC.
    Could you link them to me? Preferibly, one with all the variations of every item, though that might be asking too much. Thank you very much. 🙂

    i have modded xbox360 and play without internet connection. got GotY edition game and have only ingame patches from dvd. when i use newest editor it shows wrong version error when i try to load saves. can you tell me what do i do wrong? or maybe i should use older version of your program?

      What error are you getting? My guess is you are either trying to open the container file and not the character save or you are not selecting Xbox from the drop down menu before clicking Open.
