    I want to delete and achievement on a game I refunded so I can bring my average up, however it’s telling me I don’t own the game. Any work around to this?

      Nope, at least not through the Steamworks API.

        People are saying they have done it before on SAM. How come this feature was changed?

          It’s nothing I ever added support for. It shouldn’t be possible with what I know about the Steamworks API. If they have some method to do it, it’s unknown to me.
