If it doesn’t add Steam is saying you don’t own the game.
Is there any way to get through that owning game thing?!
No, why would Valve allow you to store data for games you don’t own?

English version is FalloutNewVegas, Russian version is FalloutNewVegas1C

i think SAM cannot find it because russian version of new vegas installed in different directory:
The default directory for Fallout NV is:
“../Steam/SteamApps/common/fallout new vegas”
Polish/Czech/Russian versions dir is:
“../Steam/SteamApps/common/fallout new vegas enplczru”

The appid 22380 is already in the list SAM obtains so if it’s not showing up, that’s not the appid you need.
(And SAM does not directly interact with any game files, so that’s not it)
eastern europe version of New vegas appid is 22490. found it today. working great, thanks for help

Just for the fun i tried the games from the TreasureHunt, and i can’t get to work: Chime, Droplitz, Magic: The Gathering and to be honest quite a lot games are inaccessible after adding the AppId. Just nothing happens, for example though the Poker Night works flawlessly.
Nothing happening means Steam says you don’t own that appid. I’ll probably add visual feedback to adding games manually for the next update.
I have a problem with editin dropliz stat, when i open sam it’s saying to me that dropliz has 0 stat, so i can’t edit it(
Stats have nothing to do with leaderboards.
It doesn’t work for Left 4 dead 2 and Team fortress 2 (unhandled error). Is it only me or everyone?

Well, i used your tool to unlock 6 achievements (to complete 100%) in tf2 and works 100% but i want to know how i can be 100% sure that SAM isn’t running anymore to start playing games.
And there is a change bigger then 50% for me get vac banned?

To those concerned about time stamps. Just unlock them one by one at different times.
For Left 4 Dead you can tie the achievements shown in game if you change the statistics from 0-1, or whatever # is required. This doesn’t work for the bronze-gold all 16 survivor achievements though. I noticed one of the false increments statistics is tied in with it, but gives a weird random number. I tested this with some of the bronze, the number went from 207 to 2038 after I unlocked another one. Anyone figure this out??

Can you fix Killing floor achievments?
Hey, I’m using the SAM for half a year and got no problem, easily can add custom games.
But one thing is missing for me, can’t find any “statistic”, just for some games (like killing floor).
Do statistics even matter in Killing Floor? They aren’t even shown in game or steam.

Please fix the problem with the MNC (monday night combat) stats.
Everytime I try to edit the various classes’ stats I get an error. 🙁
Some stats have limit when rising, like 1000 or 10000.
I used SAM to unlock some achievements for L4D and they unlock on the community page but when i start the game, in the main menu achievement tab, only my original achievements show up. Can anyone help me, this didnt happen to other valve/source games that have the achievement tab (e.g. L4D2, Zeno Clash)
