Also, how do you edit saves? Whenever I put them on my USB and try to open them here it gives me an error message.
I assume u are playing on the console? If that is the case then u should first convert ur saves using programs depending on which console u are playing.
Hey yo Rick, love the program, dude, but it’s broke, at least for PS3/4 saves. I can’t open anything, I just get some crazy error that I already posted. When’s it gonna be fixed?
You should use a software as Bruteforce Save Data, to decrypt your saves before open it with Gibbed. Oh, and if you do it this way (the only one I know, and it’s working good), don’t forget to update and rencrypt your save before reupload it on your console.
I use BruteForce V4.7.4. & it’s not like I’m new to Gibbed, I’ve been using it for about two years now. Never had an issue like this before. & it’s just Borderlands 2 Gibbed that’s acting up, TPS Gibbed is completely fine.

Hello, I downloaded Revision 256 of the editor because after I edit any save once with the Revision 230 editor, I get the “reencode mismatch”. However, when I tried to open the .exe on Revision 256, I get the error “This app cannot run on your pc – to find a version for your pc, check with the software publisher.” (I am running x64 Windows 10 Pro if that information would help) I suspected that this error occurred because when I tried to extract the files from the .zip, a couple of the files (including the .exe) had the CRC corruption error. Please let me know how I should approach to resolve this issue.

Forgot to mention that I did try to extract the files and run the .exe with Administration while my Anti-virus program is off.
Nevermind, I got it to work! Instead of extracting with Alzip, I extracted them with Windows Explorer. Thank you for the awesome editor!

Virustotal says that there is “PE:Malware.RDM.32!5.26 [F]” in the file, you should check that out.
False positives have been pretty common with recent save editor builds, not much I can do about that other than complain and get ignored by the company who handles that particular AV.

I downloaded the save editor and when I click on it, it asks if I trust the program and if I want to open it and I click yes then nothing happens. the save editor isn’t opening for some reason any ideas why?
I’m getting that too, I ‘m planning on re downloading and hoping that will fix but i’m lost if that doesn’t work.

i just downloaded this save editor, and i tried to open the exe file, but an error showed up, stating: this program isnt working. And then you have 2 options.
1: search online for an explanation
2: exit the program.

Guys, if you’re downloading this for the first time, and are looking to use it with your Console saves, please check YouTube for instructions on how to convert the save files. YouTube will have all the info you need. It’s not a hard program to use, but you need to understand the basics and how to convert your save files. If you’re on PC, it’s very simple, but console gamers NEED to convert the files first. So, check YouTube before you start complaining or asking for help on here.

hey I recently downloaded DLC ,and I can’t edit in any of the DLC weapons it gives the red outline around the box like I don’t have the DLC the weapon comes from.
You will want to click the arrow next to “New Weapon” or “New Item” and select the DLC it comes from.
borderlands 2 (revision 256) is not working or its still broken, the paste code button is not letting me paste the code to my backpack or bank vault. need to be fixed.

I used to be able to load and open the save editor but that was 2 years ago,

ok so i download it but all it does is pop win.zip up and say i dont have any of it left so i go to find it and run it on another program and i cant find it its like it never got downloaded
i’m having trouble, so i just downloaded this save editor but the save i created doesn’t show up in my “change character” menu when i open the game

This revision, for some reason or another, won’t keep my player’s number of bank slots modded.
It is not the save editor, it is the game. Due to a sanity check you must go on Gibbed and save it anytime you want that amount of space in your bank.
How do I sync in all the files from the game to the save editor? I’m kind of new with modding things. All I want to do is just make a few of my weapons a higher level and nothing else.
Has anyone figured out why the program won’t open? I have it downloaded but the shortcut doesn’t open up the program.

Hey there, i have a problem with the editor.
when i try to modd things for mechromancer or psycho for example class mods, it dosn’t work after the selection of the type it’s red marked and the rest wouldn’t come up to select the rest of the stats.
can that be fixed? or is there somthing i missed? i have all dlc so i can use the characters but the items can’t be modded.

Your problem is that you need to select the arrow next to “New Item” and choose Mechromancer/Psycho.
i think that the most recent update for borderlands 2 might have nullified the effect of this modding program, or is that already fixed?
I’m having problems with r256, I can open and edit a file just fine. When I go to save it though, it appears to work but when I go back to where the saves are located there’s no modified file. I tried saving a modified save to the desktop to see what would happen, and after clicking save in Gibbed no file appeared on the desktop. Anyone else have this/how do I fix it?
Hi guys! My only problem with borderlands is the cooldown of some classes main skills , especially mechromancer. The fact that deathtrap cant be un-summoned like turrets makes the whole class kind of broken as he always will run out of time between fights, just as you need him again, then you have to wait for the damn cooldown again. The smart move would be to have no timeduration on deathtrap and only have a 1 min cooldown if he dies. Anyways, is there any way to customize an item so that it will give you like +999% cooldown reduction and only have a level requirement of 5 or something?
This works perfectly on my Windows PC, well before the whole PC died, and I wanted house this on my Mac instead, will this be ported to Mac anytime soon?
Hey Rick, I was playing around with some of the gibbed weapons, Harold, Lyuda etc. and I wanted to try the Pimpernel, but when I select the pimpernel (or Storm) in Balance it creates a red box. Is this bad or is this normal. Thanks

What does fail to load save reencode mismatch mean
Hey i love this save editor but I’ve encountered an issue when using it, in game i was attempting to make a hybrid weapon and it came up with the caution sign that said it would most likely be deleted, i looked uo tutorials that said to make them in bank and they wouldn’t disappear but they did, over and over, is there a way around that or is it something that needs to be patched?
I’m getting a glitch where whenever I try to create a weapon in the bank, it will not update the name (even if it’s a legendary weapon) and the Prefix and Title drop down menus have nothing. Also, when trying to make something like the Blockade, it’s just called an Orb Shield and no selection in the drop down menu for Prefix and Title. Any suggestions?

A oroblem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will colse the program and notify you if a solution is availabe. I do have the latest version of microsoft net program. Can you help me? I unzipped it with 7zip.
