    ok, so i try to open my savegame.sav ant it tells me FAILED TO LOAD SAVE: INVALID SHA1 HASH” what does it mean???

    hi..i believe this works only if theres a willowtree-supported gamesave file to extract from,no? cos ive tried various ways from creatineg New .sav files to opening from the .sav files straight from my usb flashdrive but it corrupts my game over n over again.

    Please help..thanks..(a tutorial would be excellent)

      WillowTree# does not have any support for Borderlands 2. It is a savegame editor for the first Borderlands game only.

        yup i knew that..thats y i was asking if theres any other programs that is similar to willowtree and supports BL2..

        cos if not, how do i mod the stuffs and put it inside the current game?

    I just had a few quick questions about this. I keep trying to mod my gold keys (completely offline of coarse.) but I can’t seem to get any to popup. Any ideas? Also I’m not quite sure how to work the missions in the raw tab. I tried to reset the Doc’s Orders, but it completely reset all my missions. (I left everything the same just turning it from complete to active.) Is there any tuts out there for the more advanced techs available in this brilliant modding gift given to us by you Gibbed? Using R124

    I am unable to create any “New” mechromancer class mods when i select the type it just has a red box around the edges like it doesn’t know what it is

      Same here. The editor seems to be missing all the data needed to make one. (manufactures, balance, alphas, ect.) gonna try making one without any parts to see what it does. I’ll keep you posted. Also I edited Unknown 22 and these stars popped up on the bad ass section where you track your quests. I don’t know how they relate to the game, but that’s what I’ve got. I can try to upload the file if it will help you.

      Find an item that has a value of 2 for Set ID, duplicate that and use it as a base for your Mechromancer item.

        Alright i was able to modify by duplicating but i am unable to ge the results i want. Not sure why since I’m using http://thegearcalculator.appspot.com/

        I’m trying to get a Wired Catalyst Class mod with 40%/5/4/4 but i can never get it always seems to come out like 38%5/3/4

        any ideas?

    Hey, this is awesome! Thank you for the awesome program! One thing I haven’t figured out how to do though, is increase inventory slots. Is there a way to get more than the standard max 27 inventory spaces?

      You can’t directly modify your inventory slots that I’ve found yet so far, however you CAN zero out the second-to-last item in the “BlackMarketUpgrades”, give yourself 99 (or more) Eridium, and then re-buy the backpack upgrades. Each time you do this it adds 15 slots if you buy them all. Don’t try to do this with the ammo pools – it doesn’t work, zeroing them out just resets your max ammo to whatever the lower value is. This method doesn’t appear to work for the bank slots tho – you’re just kinda stuck with 16 bankslots.

    Okay, sadly since the last update a few hours ago, about everything is messed up. My questlevels are back to normal, not 50, the regions (and thus the enemies) are back to normal, vendors, everything back to lowlevel.
    Tried pushing regiongamestages, missionplaythroughs, messing with playthroughscompleted and lastplaythrough just like i did before. Nothing helps. After loading the save everything is back to “normal” no clue why.

    All i want to do, is get my save back to be everything at level 50 and TVHM.

    Today steam update set my backpack capacity again to 27… I didn’t try to use the save editor again to see what other surprises awaits us!!

      That worked for me as it did always. Go to raw, Blackmarket and change the (8th?) value back to 0. Add some Eridium and upgrade again. Works just fine. You can redo these steps as often as you want, normally.

    Looks like they have hard encoded the level 50 maximum with the player, but not the weapons and items. The first time I loaded a level “70” character it would not let me equip anything. After backing everything off to level 50 they equip fine.

    Save games load fine with no errors on my system.

    Found new error, seems the class mods for the Mechromancer are incorrect. I try to create one and it won’t let me, gives the same error appearance as if I try typing a single word, or if the codes are mismatched.

    thanks for making this for us Rick! ive been looking for a way to increase backpack space, tried cheat engine, downloaded the CE Forum steam tables but dont have a value on the backpack line, just red question marks. gave up on that. i finally found success editing the black market field with your editor, went to crazy earl and bought 15 more slots. unfortunately when i exited the game and restarted it they reverted back to 27. i did the editing this AM after the steam update patch yesterday. any ideas on how to keep the additional slots?

    I had the same error as JD occur on one of my profiles, but the others were fine. I noticed with BL2 very. 1.2.0 I can’t add extra skill points or extra bank and inventory slots than what is normally allowed by the game.
